Kensol Airways will professionally clean and inspect the kitchen exhaust system by physical scraping, chemical cleaning, brushing, hand washing, power washing and/or power vacuuming. Cleaning includes the fan, exhaust ductwork, canopy or hood, baffle filters and all fire suppression equipment within the system. In simplistic form, the general procedure starts from the outside and is finished in the kitchen. First, the fan is removed and cleaned, then the ductwork between the fan and hood, and lastly the filters and fire suppression equipment inside.
Please note: areas cleaned for appearance are not noted in the exhaust system description and cleaning procedures may vary depending on system design.
